I want to send an email out along with the phone call. Will that cost extra?
No. Once you pay for the phone call, it is free to send out an accompanying email.

If no one answers the call, will I be charged?
If the call goes to voicemail, your message will be left on the voicemail and you will be charged. If the call is not answered and no voicemail picks up, the credit will be refunded to your account.

How long can my message be?
The length of your message is up to you, but each credit is good for 30 seconds of recording. Everytime your recording passes a 30 second interval, you will be charged an additional credit on each call.

I noticed a clip at the end of my call that advertises quickgroupcalls.com. Does that clip take up any of my 30 second credit?
No. Your credit is for a full 30 second recording. The clip at the end is separate and you will not be charged for it.
